- I have worked in both the retail and wholesale ends of travel for over 25 years. I have been a tour leader as well as a participant on many trips so I have entensive knowledge on the little things that make group travel more enjoyable. It's not only the accomodations, tours, tour guides, and sights that make it a trip to remember...it's also the little things that you don't expect that are a treat!
